RBA Online Check In - FAQs
Online Check In is a system that lets you save time and hassle at the airport by checking in for your Royal Brunei Airlines flight online prior to arriving at the airport.
You can check in and select or change you seat with information on your finger tips.
Online Check In is available twenty-four (24) hours before the flight scheduled departure time and closes 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time for all passengers traveling with electronic tickets (e-tickets).
Due to security requirements, we require passengers to proceed to the designated Online Check In counters to obtain the Boarding Pass, and to drop your baggage off if you have any baggage to check-in; at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Will I be able to print Boarding Passes for codeshare flights?
RBA has different code share arrangements with various airlines.
In some cases, RBA operates the code share flight and in other cases RBA markets the code share flights operated by another airline.
Online Check In is not available for code share flights that are not operated by Royal Brunei Airlines.
At present, Online Check In is only available for all Royal Brunei Airlines flights departing from Bandar Seri Begawan (BWN).
NOTE - TICKETS PURCHASED ON RBA’S ONLINE BOOKING MACHINE
If the credit card used for the purchase has not been validated at an RBA office, Online Check In will fail. If your check-in fails due to this restriction please proceed to a check-in counter or the nearest RBA office to validate your e-ticket against the credit card used to purchase the e-ticket.
